We are now accepting resumes for Pallet Builders, Warehouse Associates who are team players, versatile, and dependable! Hours & Shift: Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Overtime is mandatory) Days: Monday thru FridayJob Summary (Warehouse Associate):Stack and organize products, materials, and inventory within the warehouse.Pack products securely for shipment according to company standards.Prepare, label, and verify outgoing shipments.Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles.Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual labor as needed.Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals.Work Environment:Indoor and outdoor work areas, depending on the facility.Exposure to wood dust, noise, and vibrations from power tools and machinery.Requirements:Must be able to work in a non-temperature controlled environment.Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.Basic math and inventory skills.Ability to read and follow instructions in English.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why PROMAN Staffing?Friendly, Knowledgeable StaffDirect Deposit ProgramsMedical, Dental, Vision Benefit ProgramsShort-Term Disability & Life Insurance ProgramsReferral BonusWeekly PayPROMAN Staffing goal is to create a great talent experience to ensure successful employment for our employees to reach their full potential.
