Accounts Payable BookkeeperLocation: Lyons, OR PAY: $20.00 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join a busy office team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling accounting, payroll, and administrative responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and vendor invoices accurately and timelyAssist with payroll processing and related recordkeepingMaintain financial records and documentationReconcile accounts and resolve discrepanciesEnter and update accounting data in QuickBooksUtilize Excel for reporting, tracking, and spreadsheet managementProvide general office and administrative support as neededQualifications:Previous Accounts Payable experience requiredPayroll experience requiredProficiency with QuickBooksStrong Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
