Occupational Therapist

Role Overview: As a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT), you will provide personalized therapy to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and perform daily activities. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll assess patient needs, set therapy goals, and document progress. Your duties include guiding exercises to improve fine motor skills, recommending adaptive equipment, assessing fall risks, and promoting home safety. You will also educate patients and families on care plans and self-care strategies. Provide occupational therapy to patients with functional limitations due to illness or injury Assess deficits, establish goals, and monitor progress Recommend adaptive devices and safety modifications Evaluate fall risks and implement safety strategies Educate patients and families on care plans and exercises Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with an active OT license At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare CPR certification Knowledge of home health regulations and clinical judgment Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and resourcefulness #J-18808-Ljbffr
