What You’ll Do as an Inside Sales Representative:
- Connect with Customers: Engage with warm leads generated by our marketing team.
- Qualify Opportunities: Pre-qualify potential customers to generate high-quality in-home appointments for the outside sales team.
- Build Relationships: Quickly establish rapport via phone, text, and email, creating a friendly and positive experience.
- Understand Customer Needs: Listen actively to identify pain points and present solutions that match their goals.
- Stay Organized: Manage customer data in our CRM, coordinate sales team schedules, and confirm appointments.
- Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets to help drive business success.
