HP PC Sales Representative

Job Details Job Type: Regular Work. Location: Best Buy 294 - Spartanburg, SC 29301. Overview Become a part-time HP PC Sales Representative! Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (up to 14 hours per week). As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest premium PC features, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and building relationships with store associates to drive revenue growth and increase unit sales in the premium market segment. Day-in-the Life Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store. Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s). Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation. Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness. Report and provide competitive insights. Responsibilities Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance. Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs. Advise customers by providing information on products and services. Help customers make selections by building confidence. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products hands-on. Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Retail experience or customer service experience a plus. Training or product demonstration experience a plus. 1-year job experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
