Analytics Enablement Lead - Hybrid BI & AI for Agencies

The California Office of Data and Innovation (ODI) is seeking an Analytics Enablement Lead to join the CalData team. You will lead cross‑department programs, provide technical guidance, and move agencies from manual processes to automated, self‑serve data systems. You’ll build BI solutions, write playbooks, coach agency teams on data governance, and help set up program metrics while integrating AI-assisted analytics features into dashboards.
