J&J Powder Coatings is seeking a dedicated and reliable Sand Blaster, with 2+ years of experience to join our team. As a Sand Blaster, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our facility. Role includes material preparation, movement and storage of materials, as well as providing general shop assistance. We are willing to train the right person who possesses a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

The hours for this role will be 7:00 am-3:00 pm. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to move and transport materials within the facility, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with general shop duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working as a sandblaster or related experience
• Previous forklift operating experience preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Punctuality and attendance are a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
