• Assume responsibility for direct patient care, assessing and implementing nursing interventions for pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Document patient progress accurately and report significant changes promptly.
• Support and advocate for children and their families within a compassionate, respectful environment.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

What You Need

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• ACLS & BLS (AHA) certifications
• Ability to relocate or be in the process of moving to NH

• Pediatric nursing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

About the Assignment This role is based at Monadnock Regional Pediatrics within Monadnock Community Hospital. The pediatric office nurse provides comprehensive outpatient nursing care, including patient assessments, medication administration, and patient education, supporting children and families in a community hospital setting.
