What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care, performing assessments and treatments to ensure optimal health outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop patient care plans
• Accurately document patient interactions, treatments, and progress
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
• Support and advocate for patient needs with compassionate, respectful care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with medical practices

What You Need

• Valid RN license in NH or eligible for licensure
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)

• Experience in internal medicine or outpatient clinic care
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment
