Job Overview:

Pay Range: $56.00hr - $61.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.
• Extensive experience with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Expertise in API design, development, and integration.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• 8+ years of experience with Microservices Architecture and Development.
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js Development and Express.js Framework.
• 5+ years of experience with REST API Design, Development, and Integration.
• 5+ years of experience with Asynchronous Programming in Node.js.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• 3+ years of experience with NoSQL Databases (MongoDB or Similar).
• 3+ years of experience with Docker Containerization.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes Orchestration.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD).
• 3+ years of experience with Technical Leadership and Team Mentoring.
• 3+ years of experience with Solution Architecture and Design.
• 2+ years of experience with Production Support, Performance Optimization, and Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Node.js.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, and DevOps best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance for resolution.
• Participate in estimation, release planning, and project governance activities.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability.
• Lead complex cloud programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Effectively coordinate and collaborate across multiple programs and stakeholders.
• Drive planning, execution, and risk management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Relevant cloud or Java certifications.
• Experience with Application Modernization and DevOps Best Practices.
