Job Description Review, assign, and process incoming Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests Ensuring that FOIA requests and Privacy Act matters are handled in a responsible and efficient manner, and that statutory and established time standards are met Work with the agency FOIA and Privacy Act Officer to develop improvements in the agency Provide FOIA/PA guidance, support, and training to agency employees Work on special projects related to FOIA processing Qualifications Two (2) years or more of strong knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication skills – verbal and writing Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
