What you’ll need to thrive in this role:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; consideration for strong Clinical Fellows
• Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations strongly desired
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and build rapport with diverse student populations

Essential responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individual and group, in alignment with IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in academic and social environments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluation reports and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
