Champions Marketing Group is growing, and we're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our sales team.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent client products and services through face-to-face interactions with prospective customers. You'll focus on creating a positive customer experience while learning the fundamentals of consultative sales.

Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:

• Engage with prospective customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Learn and communicate product and service information
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
• Collaborate with team members and leadership in a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience is helpful but  not required
