Safety Coordinator

Job Description

Outsource is looking for a Safety Coordinator for a two + month long contract in Los Lunas. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately. This project starts on Monday, 8/10. Candidates must have a CHST and data center experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and enforce company and client safety policies
Deliver safety training, coaching, and instruction
Assist with incident and accident investigations and corrective action
Conduct safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
Track safety metrics, identify trends, and implement solutions for recurring issues
Support accident prevention and loss mitigation efforts
Travel occasionally (approximately 5%) to client locations

Required Qualifications

Must Have

High School Diploma
3 years of Occupational Health & Safety experience in a data center environment
MUST HAVE A CHST
OSHA 30 certification
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to influence and coach employees on safety practices
Ability to work Monday-Saturday 7:00 am-5:30 pm
