What Youll Do
As a Scheduling Specialist youll play a key role in creating a smooth welcoming experience for every patient. Your day-to-day will include:
- Scheduling patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with physician referrals to ensure patients get the care they need
- Collecting and updating important patient information (demographics insurance and more)
- Delivering exceptional patient-centered service that leaves a lasting positive impression
Youll be the connection point between patients and caremaking every interaction count!
