Strategic Sourcing Manager

Lead the development and execution of category and sourcing strategies for complex portfolios Ensure alignment with TD’s procurement standards and risk appetite Lead complex supplier negotiations and commercial decision-making Provide subject matter expertise on complex sourcing, commercial, or risk-related matters Communicate proactively and transparently with team members and stakeholders Requirements Post-Secondary Education and / or 7+ years of related experience Highly seasoned professional role requiring substantial knowledge of Sourcing and procurement and/or knowledge of broader related areas 5+ years of progressively senior related experience Supply chain certification preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies while ensuring compliance with procurement standards. Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
