As a representative, you'll meet with members virtually, learn about their individual circumstances, explain available coverage in straightforward terms, answer questions, and help them understand the options they may qualify for.

With our virtual service model, representatives can now assist families remotely while building their careers from home.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, or other people-focused experience is an asset but not required
• Post-secondary education is welcomed but not required

Previous industry experience is not necessary. Training and ongoing support are provided to help qualified candidates learn the role and develop the skills needed to succeed.

Virtual Hiring Process

Our recruiting and interview process is conducted remotely. Selected candidates will complete their interviews through video conferencing, allowing the entire process to be completed from home.
