We’re seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 academic year in a supportive, onsite school setting. This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference for learners with diverse speech and language needs across all grade levels.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working in a school environment, K-12 preferred
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and case management
- Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and work within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech and language development needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and student progress
- Provide direct therapy services to address articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based SLP
