Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 + pension + strong benefits

We are conducting a confidential search for a Staff Accountant at a stable, well-established organization. The Staff Accountant will support the accounting team across core accounting functions while gaining exposure to leadership and key financial processes.

Overview of the Role: Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with core accounting processes.

Assist with month-end close , journal entries, and account reconciliations
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Support financial reporting and analysis
Assist with audits and other accounting projects
Help improve accounting processes and documentation

What You Bring: Staff Accountant

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related
1-4 years of accounting experience
