Concessions Cook-Westworld of Scottsdale M Culinary Concept is searching for a passionate Concessions Cook at our Westworld of Scottsdale location to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. About the Role As a Concessions Cook at WestWorld of Scottsdale, you will be at the heart of our high-volume, event-driven food service. You'll prepare and cook food items according to M Culinary Concepts' recipes and quality standards, all while working in a fast-paced, dynamic concession setting. From operating kitchen equipment to assisting with batch cooking for large-scale events, your role is essential to delivering fresh, delicious food for our guests. You'll maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring all food safety guidelines are met, and collaborate with both the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service. What we need from you: We're seeking someone with experience as a line cook or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of cooking techniques and food safety regulations (including a valid food handler certification). You should be a strong team player, able to adapt to the fast pace of concession service, and follow recipes with precision.
