Regional Director, Community Services
Compass Connections
Compass Connections is seeking a Supervisory Case Manager to lead a team serving immigrant populations. You will ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines, manage caseloads, complete Case Management Tracking, review cases weekly, and support staff in complex cases. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, a graduate degree (preferred), fluency in English and Spanish, and three years of supervisory experience along with required certifications.
