• Required Licenses: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact State license
• Experience: Previous ER nursing experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess and prioritize patient conditions promptly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Respond effectively to emergencies and crises
• Support patient and family education and communication

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA
  • TNCC or ATCN certification
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and physical demands of the ER environment
• Preferred:
  • CPI certification or equivalent
  • Previous ER experience
  • Flexibility to float among units and work every other weekend
