Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging our unique platform combined with your personal network
• Engage with prospective candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to keep their interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews resulting from your leads, and successful hires
