About The Area Coach Role Our experienced multi-unit leaders have deep functional knowledge of operational, financial, people and guest performance metrics. They maintain a quality management team in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction. Area Coaches enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals. What You Bring To The Table Bachelor\'s degree from accredited university or college Two years multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuilds Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance The pay range for this role is $68,000-$72,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr America's Pizza Company, LLC
