In addition, will gain experience in imaging, configuring, and setting up new workstations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor, review, and prioritize help desk requests Provides a timely one-on-one end-user problem resolution via telephone and e-mail Escalate complex Help Desk requests to the appropriate IT staff member Assist in workstation deployments Reset Password and unlock accounts Install approved applications Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 and Office Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Net + or A + Certification a plus Previous ticket/phone support system experience a plus #LI-HH1 #LI-Hybrid The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
