Mid-Market Account Executive – Audit Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled Account Executive with full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience and a strong understanding of healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM) to join their growing team. You will play a key role in selling a comprehensive healthcare compliance platform to mid-market provider organizations, leading consultative sales conversations from prospecting through close. Your work will directly impact healthcare organizations by helping them build stronger, more defensible compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the mid-market provider segment, focusing on multi-location healthcare organizations with 100+ employees and multiple stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.
- Generate and manage your own pipeline, including self-sourcing a meaningful share of opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Lead discovery and consultative sales conversations that uncover underlying compliance risks and position a complete compliance program rather than point solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close, with typical deal sizes ranging from $5K to $75K.
- Partner with Customer Success during handoff to ensure new clients have a strong start and clear expectations.
- Maintain accurate HubSpot activity, pipeline, and forecast data while tracking territory performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay current on the platform, competitive landscape, healthcare compliance requirements, and relevant regulatory developments to communicate effectively with prospects.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
- Required: Healthcare industry experience, specifically revenue cycle management (RCM), with a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and challenges.
- Proven experience managing deals in the $5K–$75K range.
- Experience using sales automation and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology; experience with SPICED is a plus.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, with an ability to understand business challenges before presenting a solution.
- Collaborative approach with a strong focus on team success, accountability, and customer outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling audit, compliance, revenue cycle, or healthcare financial management solutions.
- Experience selling an audit management or revenue cycle product, ideally to healthcare organizations.
- Experience with outbound prospecting, territory development, and consultative healthcare sales.
