Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform work in accordance to safety guidelines and job specifications.
• Responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching their crews on roofing jobs.
• Restore, Removal, Repair, and Replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet-metal).
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members.
• Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of the work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Architectural sheet metal roofing experience.
• 3+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew.
• Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Willing to work in at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.
• 21 years of age or older (In order to drive a company vehicle).
• Authorized to work in the United States
