Technical Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support enterprise data integration and acquisition initiatives by analyzing, mapping, transforming, and validating business-critical data. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful data migration, system integration, and testing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data transformation, ETL processes, Oracle and SQL Server databases, and technical business analysis. Key Responsibilities Analyze source system data structures to support enterprise data mapping and transformation initiatives. Develop and validate data mapping specifications for system integration and migration projects. Collaborate with developers, database administrators, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define functional and technical requirements. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance throughout the data transformation lifecycle. Document data flows, transformation logic, mapping rules, and integration processes. Support ETL development and system integration activities. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), smoke testing, validation testing, and performance testing. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality, integration, and process issues. Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance standards and business processes. Prepare reports and communicate project status, data quality metrics, and transformation progress to stakeholders. Support cross-functional teams throughout data migration and acquisition integration activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of data integration, testing, and documentation processes. Required Qualifications Experience in data analysis, data transformation, ETL processes, system integration, or technical business analysis. Strong experience with data mapping and enterprise data migration initiatives. Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of ETL processes and data transformation concepts. Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), smoke testing, validation, and performance testing. Experience working on Waterfall projects with structured milestones and deliverables. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, process manufacturing, chemical, or other regulated industries.
