To be considered for this position, you must: Hold a Personal Training certification (or be in the process of obtaining one) Have strong sales and customer service skills Be passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Be self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic Enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and backgrounds Be comfortable engaging with members on and off the gym floor Be a team player and thrive in a community-focused environment Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Delivering engaging and effective personal training sessions Building strong relationships with membersto support their fitness journey Promoting personal training servicesand helping members find the right programs for their goals Utilizing social media and marketing strategieesto attract and retain clients Maintaining cleanliness and safety standardsin the gym Leading by examplewith a positive and motivating attitude Comfortable with all types of training sessions:private, semi-private and team Supporting front-desk and sales operations as scheduled, including conducting tours, selling memberships and training packages, and following up with leads Further Duties: Community Engagement - Represent Anytime Fitness in the local community by participating in gym events, fitness challenges, and outreach programs. Networking & Client Outreach - Work with local businesses and organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
