Abbott seeks a Regional Leadless Specialist to provide technical, clinical, and educational support for leadless cardiac rhythm management technology across Massachusetts and Connecticut. The role involves physician education, procedural support, and market development in a field-based position requiring significant travel.
Responsibilities
- Educate physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers on leadless pacing indications and patient selection
- Provide procedural support and clinical guidance to ensure consistent outcomes and therapy adoption
- Assist in training activities for Abbott personnel and external stakeholders
- Monitor and communicate clinical data related to leadless cardiac rhythm management products
- Coordinate market expansion programs and gather intelligence to support therapy growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical field, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years clinical medical device experience, ideally with cardiac rhythm management products
- Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex medical devices
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in medical environments including labs and hospital settings
- Demonstrated capability to lead, influence, and guide healthcare providers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
Compensation: $68,000-$136,000 base
