AI Engagement Manager

Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise Artificial Intelligence initiatives aligned with organizational objectives Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with enterprise strategy Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI solutions Manage cross-functional teams designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-enabled capabilities Oversee project plans, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies Quantify and track business value, adoption metrics, and return on investment for AI initiatives Advise senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities Manage team performance, workload planning, and talent development within the AI Engagement function Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required 5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, digital transformation, product management, or a related field required 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or teams required Experience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading enterprise Artificial Intelligence initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
