Due to a strong pipeline, they are immediately seeking experienced and driven construction project engineers to help lead multiple projects across the Indianapolis area in tandem with their top-tier project manager staff.Job description includes:Contacting subcontractors and vendors during the bid processProject scope of work developmentAssisting with project documentation - RFIs, submittals, change ordersSubcontractor and superintendent coordination on projectsTravel to job sites as required by PM and/or superintendentsSupport PM staff on budget, scheduling, and overall project coordination effortsThe successful applicant will have:1-5 years of experience working with general contractorsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceManage administrative construction duties, including document controlPrepare submittal schedules for approval and distributionAssist the Project Manager with change orders, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing, reviewing monthly job costsAssist the Superintendent with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and construction field operationsAssist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantificationCollect and log closeout documents and punch listsHard-working, driven individual looking to learn and develop their talentWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary up to $85K depending on level of experienceTransparent and measurable bonus structureFull support needed to grow & enhance project management skillsFull benefits package including health, vision, dental401k contributionMentorship programs - at all levelsClear development & growth planAdvancement opportunities within the organizationLaid back, collaborative environment
