Job Description Lead and support land development engineering projects from concept through final construction plans Design site layout, grading, stormwater systems, drainage, utilities, and erosion control solutions Prepare and review civil site plans, technical drawings, reports, specifications, and related documentation Coordinate with clients, municipalities, planning boards, utility providers, and internal project teams Manage permitting and help move projects efficiently through regulatory approval processes Apply local ordinances, engineering standards, and development requirements to project work Support construction‑phase efforts including estimating, scheduling, coordination, and field reporting Perform site visits, inspections, and project observation as needed Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to deliver quality work on schedule Help solve real‑world development challenges with practical, well‑executed engineering solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering PE license required 3+ years of site/civil or land development engineering experience Strong technical foundation in civil site design Experience with AutoCAD; Civil 3D preferred Experience with hydrology and hydraulic software such as HydroCAD, WaterCAD, AES, or similar Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and produce quality work Why You Will Love Working Here This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants strong project variety, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to help shape projects that move from idea to reality.
