Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking bilingual Spanish Call Center Representatives fluent in Spanish and English to deliver exceptional customer support in both languages. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, handling billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation. Location: Savannah, GA

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage inbound and outbound calls in Spanish and English. Communicate clearly and accurately in both languages. Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and general support. Document customer interactions with precision and attention to detail. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Preferred: Previous experience in a bilingual customer service or call center role.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Must be willing to submit to drug screening.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Primarily sedentary office environment; ability to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Occasional light lifting up to 40 pounds.
