Facility Maintenance ManagerA growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at its facility. This leadership role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading maintenance initiatives that support safe and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical maintenance experience, proven leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Ensure equipment and facility systems operate efficiently with minimal downtimeDevelop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programsDrive reliability initiatives to improve equipment performance and operational efficiencyPlan and coordinate daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance activitiesPrioritize maintenance work orders based on safety, operational impact, and urgencyPartner with operations leadership to align maintenance schedules with production goalsLead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for equipment failures and recurring issuesOversee timely resolution of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation problemsSupport troubleshooting of motors, drives, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systemsSupervise and develop maintenance technicians and support personnelManage maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and contractor activitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, safety, and operational performanceTrack and improve key maintenance KPIs including downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and OEEQualifications:7+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within maintenance operationsStrong technical background in:Preventive and predictive maintenance programsElectrical systems, motors, drives, and PLCsMechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyorsCMMS platforms and maintenance planning systemsExperience within manufacturing, plastics, packaging, processing, or heavy industrial environments preferredKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Analysis methodologies preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including days or nights as needed to support plant operationsWork Environment:Combination of office and manufacturing plant environmentRegular walking and activity throughout the production facilityAbility to kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, balance, and work around industrial equipment as neededFrequent use of computer systems, radios, and communication toolsCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing organizationLeadership role with strong visibility and advancement potential disABLEDperson Inc
