Financial Analyst I

Responsibilities Include Provide financial support to the global PSBU/R&D organization. Budget Controller for review of purchasing, staffing and transaction approval documents. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls. Provide PSBU/R&D organization support to develop budgets and forecast. Provide financial analysis related to labor rates, project cost, and performance metrics. Support PSBU/R&D Accounting closing activities and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Monitor and analyze capital expenditures to ensure policies are followed. Recommend and implement system and procedural improvements (Utilizing AI/Automation Tools) to increase accuracy and efficiency. Participate in staff in projects as needed. Skills Required Ability to communicate in professional manner with all levels of Management. Capable of working independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision Ability to provide accurate and timely data in a fast paced environment. Organization, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong PC, database, and reporting skills. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance. 0-3 years of related experience required. Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 SAP Experience preferred. 1Finity salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $59,321 to $84,744 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
