Business Intelligence Senior Analyst

The Stellantis Quality organization is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to join the Business Intelligence and Analytics team at the Headquarters & Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI. This position is a replacement role supporting core analytics, reporting, and executive communication needs across North American Warranty and Quality leadership forums.This role is responsible for transforming complex warranty, quality, and operational data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights that drive decision-making at all levels of the organization. In addition to advanced reporting and analysis responsibilities, the Business Intelligence Senior Analyst will serve as the lead developer and owner of leadership presentations, supporting recurring executive forums, ad‑hoc deep dives, and strategic reviews.The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with a passion for data, an eye for detail, and the ability to tell a compelling story with analytics. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional partners, the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, and comfort presenting to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary owner for executive‑level presentations, ensuring data accuracy, clarity of messaging, and professional presentation qualityLead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of warranty and quality analytics and recurring performance reportsAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of quality performanceTranslate analytical findings into concise, leadership‑ready insights, tailored to technical and non‑technical audiencesPartner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to align data outputs to business needsSupport KPI governance, metric definitions, and standardized reporting approaches across the organizationRespond to ad‑hoc analysis requests with speed, accuracy, and a strong sense of business contextContinuously identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or enhance reporting and visualization capabilitiesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related fieldMinimum 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting-focused rolesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including complex data manipulation and professional presentation designStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex datasets clearlyProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs in a dynamic environmentSelf‑starter with the ability to work independently with minimal directionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at varying levels of the organizationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); Power BI experience is a strong plus but not requiredExperience supporting executive or senior‑leadership reporting and recurring review forumsFamiliarity with warranty, quality, or operational data in an automotive or manufacturing environmentExperience working with large datasets sourced from multiple systemsMaster’s degree in a related disciplineKnowledge of SQL or other data querying languagesBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2017761Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: QualityPosted Date: 27/05/2026
