Shifts: M-F 8am - 8pm; on call required for overnights and weekends

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Level 3 RN specializing in Endoscopy/GI to join a robust team in the dynamic environment of Rochester, NY. Key Responsibilities of the Level 3 RN Endo/GI

• Answering patient questions and addressing their concerns
• Observing patient vital signs
• Sedating patients before procedures
• Recovering patients after procedures
• Administering the necessary medication to patients
• Completing all necessary documentation including patient notes and discharge documents
• Preparing the instruments, equipment, and supplies for the procedure
• Cleaning and sterilizing equipment before use
• Providing assistance to Doctors throughout the procedure
• Administering IV drips

Requirements of the Level 3 RN Endo/GI

• NY license ONLY
• BLS Certification (AHA ONLY)
• ACLS Certification (AHA ONLY)
• 2 years previous endoscopy procedure experience
• Telemetry monitoring and rhythm identification Required
• Conscious sedation
• Expert IV insertion
• Recovering patients from general anesthesia required
• Performing intake for GI procedures
