Responsibilities for a Contract Administrator include but are not limited to:

• Create and implement contract agreements, amendments, new/discontinued products, pricing changes, and other required contract updates while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Manage contract pricing, approvals, signatures, membership eligibility, and wholesaler/distributor notifications while resolving issues throughout the contract lifecycle.

• Provide timely support to Account Management, internal teams, wholesalers, distributors, and external customers regarding contract setup, pricing, eligibility, and inquiries.

• Manage contract communications, mailbox requests, countersignatures, and support the implementation of new systems.

Candidates for Contract Administrator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with 2–4 years of contract experience.

• 2 years of pharmaceutical/vaccine Managed Markets experience in Contracting, Pricing, Operations, or another critical-thinking discipline preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams; experience with SAP and/or Model N Flex preferred.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Pay: $40.42–$50.00 per hour

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Details: $40.42 to $50.00 per hour
