Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As a Lead Housekeeper, you support daily housekeeping and laundry operations while serving as a working leader who ensures cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the community.What You'll Do:Perform housekeeping in resident suites, common areas, and officesSupport laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding, and distributionMonitor team performance to ensure quality standards are upheldAssist with training and onboarding housekeeping team membersOrder and manage cleaning supplies within budget guidelinesEnsure chemicals and equipment are stored safelyFollow infection control, OSHA, and safety protocolsSupport resident-centered service and respond to requests respectfullyYou help create a clean, welcoming, and compliant environment for residents, families, and team members.Pay Range: 15.50 - 19.40Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
