Event Coordinator

Lead day‑of operations and adhere to event timelines Brief and support FOH staff with assigned duties Serve as a warm, professional host for guests and clients Greet, direct, and manage vendor specific logistics and timelines Act as day‑of point person, delegating with clear and prompt communication Organize and communicate all guest needs and changes efficiently Lead and assist with event setup, transitions, and teardown Ensure compliance with alcohol service and health/safety guidelines Requirements 1–2 years in event coordination, planning, or hospitality operations Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Exceptional multitasking, delegation, and problem‑solving ability Professionalism in high‑pressure environments Familiarity with Terrain’s brand and aesthetic preferred Valid alcohol service certification (RAMP training provided if needed) Reliable transportation and punctuality required #J-18808-Ljbffr
