Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Receptionist! The Receptionist facilitates the flow of organization information; to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Promptly greets patients, visitors and staff who enter facility; makes eye contact with and greets walk-in guests in a pleasant courteous and clear tone of voice Provides routine organization-related information to callers and visitors; consistently communicates within boundaries of confidentiality polies and procedures; Signs for, receives, sorts, and routes incoming mail, including courier deliveries daily Provides back-up clerical support to various departments; responds willingly and courteously to requests to provide special assistance
