Human Resources Business Partner

Role Summary The HR Business Partner III will provide dedicated onsite HR support for a fast-paced medical center, ensuring consistent, day-to-day HR coverage for leaders and employees. In this individual-contributor role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the assigned organization, responding to operational HR needs, managing workforce and employee relations matters, and helping leaders navigate HR processes. The successful candidate will bring generalist experience, sound judgment, and effective communication skills to address both routine and complex HR matters. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support, coaching, and guidance to organizational leaders and employees. Lead and manage complex HR investigations. Navigate and manage employee relations within unionized environments. Respond to operational HR needs to maintain the continuity and high quality of HR services. Partner proactively with leaders on workforce planning and employee-related matters within the HRBP scope. Coordinate with appropriate HR resources to support the effective implementation of organizational HR practices and initiatives. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of HR Business Partner or comparable HR Generalist experience. Proven experience conducting and managing HR investigations. Demonstrated experience working with labor unions. Ability to work effectively and independently as an onsite individual contributor. communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or hospital-based HR operations. Background supporting acute-care or patient-care environments. Experience supporting complex or multi-site organizations. Proficiency in utilizing enterprise HR Information Systems (HRIS).

salary: $54.39 - $54.4 per hour
