Nuclear Medicine TechnologistJackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you'll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.Minimum RequirementsAn associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology.Current state license and national certification to practice nuclear medicine (ARRT(N) or NMTCB required).BLS certification.2 years' experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Experience in a hospital setting preferred.Experience preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals and operating gamma cameras / SPECT imaging equipment.Ability to follow radiation safety protocols and use radiation detection instruments.Willingness to work in a clinical hospital environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Preferred: prior experience with cardiac nuclear studies and SPECT/CT imaging.Assignment DetailsFacility type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Hours: AM 8.Shift Pattern: 5x8.Assignment length: 13 Week Assignment.Required certifications: ARRT(N) or NMTCB.Scrub policy: All scrub colors acceptable.Location HighlightsJamestown offers a mix of outdoor recreation and cultural attractions within a short drive.
