Pay Rate Hourly rate ranges from $19.15 to $19.40 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store. The role ensures maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Physical demands of the job require standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs for more than 8 hours per day. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Works up to 38 hours per week.
