Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing and implementing care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor and assess patient condition, report changes, and implement interventions to improve outcomes
Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
