Clinic Director BCBA: Lead ABA Practice & Growth

Golden Steps ABA in Sterling Heights, MI seeks a Clinic Director BCBA to lead program delivery for children with Autism. You will drive service quality, oversee daily operations, and mentor RBTs and BCBAs to ensure high standards of care. The role requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, and BCBA certification with a minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience.
