At Mercy Plus, our Clinical Directors are both clinical leaders and practicing BCBAs.

This role is designed for an experienced clinician who wants to stay connected to client care while having the time, autonomy, and support to lead and develop a strong clinical team.

What Your Role Looks Like

Clinical Directors typically maintain 15–20 billable hours per week, allowing dedicated time for clinical leadership, clinician development, quality oversight, and center support.

Your time in the center is primarily focused on client care, supervision, leadership responsibilities, and the needs of your team. Eligible non-billable work can be completed from home, giving you greater flexibility in how you structure your week while continuing to meet clinical and leadership expectations.

Our centers serve clients throughout the day, including after-school hours, so some later-day availability is needed to support clinicians, clients, supervision, and parent training.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the center
• Mentor, support, and develop BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Technicians
• Maintain a manageable clinical caseload of approximately 15–20 billable hours per week
• Oversee clinical quality, treatment planning, and client outcomes
• Support assessments, behavior intervention plans, and program development
• Provide supervision and parent/caregiver training as needed
• Partner closely with center operations and regional clinical leadership
• Monitor clinical performance, documentation, and payer requirements
• Support clinician development and accountability
• Help foster a collaborative, supportive clinical culture
• Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and organizational standards

Compensation + Bonus Opportunity

Up to $100,000 annually, based on experience

Clinical Directors are also eligible for our monthly clinical performance bonus program, with the opportunity to earn up to $12,000 annually in bonuses based on clinical performance and billable hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree
• Experience providing clinical supervision and mentorship
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA services
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and operational leadership
• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with team leadership and center needs
