HIROKI is an immersive soulful Japanese dining concept deeply rooted in tradition and technique. The menu is overseen by Executive Chef, Hiroki Fujiyama. HIROKI is located in the historical neighborhood of Fishtown, Philadelphia. The restaurant's service approach focuses on the art of omotenashi, emphasizing harmony and attention to detail in anticipation of the guest's needs to enhance the overall hospitality experience.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

Attention to Detail: When making and reviewing reservations to ensure all important guest notes and special occasions are addressed.


Passion for Excellence: Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests. Strive for continuous improvement.

Host Job Responsibilities:

• Strong, upbeat and positive personality
• Warmly greet all guests as they walk in the door and thank them and wish them well as they leave
• Upon arriving, the host should look through the day's reservations and acknowledge / react to any special notes, ironing out plans to accommodate guest needs/celebrations
• The ability to communicate with management and Chefs
• Maintain proper phone etiquette, following established protocols
• Keep an organized host stand, clean and tidy as necessary
• Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail
• Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Team oriented mentality
• Dependability

Required Qualifications:
