B2B Sales Representative (Entry to Mid-Level) – Food Service Industry

As a B2B Sales Representative , you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while working closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in field sales, client engagement, and account management, with clear pathways for career progression and opportunities to expand into other business functions.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and field engagement
• Conduct in-person visits and deliver tailored sales presentations to potential clients
• Develop proposals aligned with customer needs and business goals
• Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing (typical 1–3 month cycle)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM systems
• Stay informed on market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
• Prepare sales reports and updates for internal review
• Travel within assigned territories (company or personal vehicle required)

Basic Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and modern communication tools
